Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

Activewebzone (activewebzone.in) is an IT services and custom software development company. We deal exclusively in intangible digital products, digital solutions, and professional IT engineering services.

No physical goods or tangible items are shipped. All software deliverables, source code repositories, setup credentials, web applications, mobile APK/IPA builds, and custom ERP systems are fulfilled electronically via secure digital channels.

2. Delivery Channels & Mode

Once development and client milestone verification are complete, final digital deliverables are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• Direct Server Deployment: Live setup and hosting deployment directly on the client's cPanel, VPS, or Cloud Server.
• Email Transmission: Admin login credentials, documentation guides, and source files delivered directly to the client's registered email address.
• Version Control & Repositories: Private access grant via GitHub, GitLab, or cloud drive downloads.
• App Stores: Direct publishing of Android APK/iOS builds to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (if selected under project scope).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the project complexity and specific scope agreed upon during project onboarding:

• Standard Websites & Portals: 7 to 14 Business Days.
• Custom MLM Software Systems: 10 to 21 Business Days.
• Mobile Applications (Android / iOS): 15 to 30 Business Days.
• Enterprise ERP / CRM Solutions: 20 to 45 Business Days (or as per milestone agreement).

Note: Timelines begin after the client provides necessary assets (logos, content, domain access, API keys) and initial advance payment verification.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Support

Upon completion of deployment or credential handover, an official project handover email is sent. Clients have a standard testing period (typically 7 to 14 days) to inspect the live software and report any bugs or discrepancies.
