Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Activewebzone (activewebzone.in), we specialize in delivering high-quality custom software development, AI automation, web design, mobile apps, MLM binary platforms, and ERP enterprise solutions. Because we provide digital IT services and custom engineering rather than physical goods, our refund and cancellation policy is structured below.

2. Project Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellation Window: Clients may request a project cancellation within 24 hours of making an initial advance payment or project booking, provided development work has not commenced.
• Post-Commencement Cancellation: Once our development team has allocated server resources, initialized databases, or started UI/UX layout design, project cancellations cannot be accepted for a full refund.

3. Refund Eligibility & Milestones

• Advance Payments: Advance payments made to kick off custom software development, MLM setups, or ERP deployment cover initial engineering hours and project scoping, and are generally non-refundable once work is underway.
• Milestone Approvals: Payments released against completed milestones (e.g., UI approval, backend API integration, final database migration) are final and non-refundable.
• Service Failure: In the rare event that Activewebzone fails to deliver the committed core scope or project deliverables due to internal technical failure beyond reasonable timelines, a proportionate or full refund may be issued after review.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved by our management team under exceptional circumstances:

• The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Funds will be credited back via the original payment method (Bank account, UPI, Razorpay gateway, or Credit/Debit Card).
